Representatives from the State Scientific and Research Institute of Cybersecurity Technologies and Information Protection (ICTIP) participated in an international conference on crisis resilience. The event, organized by the British company "Prevail Partners", took place on February 2–3 in the capital of Kuwait. The conference became a platform for discussing modern digital solutions and new approaches to strengthening state resilience.

The State Scientific and Research Institute of Cybersecurity Technologies and Information Protection (ICTIP) and Mykhailo Dragomanov State University of Ukraine are working together to develop scientific capabilities in the field of information security. On February 5, the head of the institute, Volodymyr Pavlikov, and the rector of the university, Viktor Andrushchenko, officially signed a memorandum of cooperation.

The head of the State Scientific and Research Institute of Cybersecurity Technologies and Information Protection (ICTIP), Volodymyr Pavlikov, and the Rector of Sumy State University, Vasyl Karpusha, signed a Memorandum of Cooperation and Interaction. The partnership aims to develop scientific and technical activities, implement professional standards, and establish training programs to produce highly qualified specialists.

Artificial intelligence technologies are developing rapidly and increasing digital security requirements. In response to these challenges, specialists at the State Scientific and Research Institute of Cybersecurity Technologies and Information Protection (ICTIP) are improving their professional skills and implementing modern approaches to their work. To this end, specialists completed training on artificial intelligence technologies and large language models at the Cyber Training Center of the State Cyber Protection Center of the State Service of Special Communications and Information Protection of Ukraine.

State Scientific and Research Institute of Cybersecurity Technologies and Information Protection (ICTIP) ensures the implementation of a memorandum of cooperation with higher education institutions and other stakeholders in the field of cybersecurity. Work is focused on the formation of a sustainable system of professional standardization, training, and certification of personnel with the support and advisory control of the Information Technology and Cyber Security Qualification Center, whichoperates as part of the ICTIP.

A memorandum of cooperation has been signed between Vinnytsia National Technical University (VNTU) and the State Scientific and Research Institute of Cybersecurity Technologies and Information Protection (ICTIP), providing opportunities for the development of specialist training in the region.

On January 22, the All-Ukrainian Women's Cyber Competition and specialized training for representatives of the national security and defense sector, SHE DEFENDS: CYBER & OSINT, took place. The event was implemented as part of initiatives aimed at strengthening the role of women in cybersecurity and developing practical skills in OSINT and countering modern cyber threats.

Odessa National Economic University and the State Scientific and Research Institute of Cybersecurity Technologies and Information Protection have signed a memorandum of cooperation to integrate cybersecurity into economic education and research programs.
