Scientists from ICTIP took part in the discussion at the Blockchain Forensic Forum
On November 7, the Blockchain Forensic Forum took place. This scientific and practical forum was dedicated to forensic examination in the field of blockchain technologies.Organised by the Kyiv Scientific Research Institute of Forensic Expertise, the event was supported by the Ministry of Justice of Ukraine and the National Technical University of Ukraine "Igor Sikorsky Kyiv Polytechnic Institute". Forum brought together experts in criminology, digital security, law, and economics, including representatives of the National Academy of Sciences of Ukraine, scientists fromleading universities and research institutes, international experts, and practicing lawyers.

On October 30, State Scientific and Research Institute of Cybersecurity Technologies and Information Protection (ICTIP) and Vasyl Stefanyk Carpathian National University (VSCNU) signed a Memorandum of Cooperation and Collaboration. This decision is a key step in the development of scientific, scientific- technical, and informational activities, as well as in the formation of a unified system of professional standardization and certification of personnel in the field of cybersecurity and information protection of Ukraine.

On October 29th, the first part of the Tech Forum “Securing Tomorrow: Defence, Cybersecurity and Space” took place in Luxembourg.The forum, organized by the Luxembourg-Ukrainian Chamber of Commerce, became a platform for discussing strategic areas of bilateral cooperation. Participants discussed models of public-private partnerships aimed at enhancing cyber resilience and accelerating the implementation of dual-use technologies.

On September 26th, State Scientific and Research Institute of Cybersecurity Technologies and Information Protection held an important seminar dedicated to the concept of applying quantum key distribution (QKD) systems.The event was held to discuss strategic approaches and implementation mechanisms for quantum cryptographic analysis technologies. This is necessary to ensure the required level of information security during the crucial transition from traditional to quantum and post-quantum periods of QKD technology development.
