Specialists of the State Research Institute for Cybersecurity Technologies took part in the National Forum dedicated to combating cyber violence. The event was held within the framework of the CyberEast+ project with the participation of representatives of public authorities, the private sector, civil society, and the scientific community.

Representatives of the State Scientific and Research Institute of Cybersecurity Technologies and Information Protection (ICTIP) participated in the international scientific and practical conference XPONENTIAL Europe, held in Düsseldorf, Germany.

The State Scientific and Research Institute of Cybersecurity Technologies and Information Protection has signed a Memorandum of Cooperation with Petro Mohyla Black Sea National University. The document outlines joint efforts in the development of scientific, scientific-technical, and informational activities, as well as the practical application of research results.

Representatives from the State Scientific and Research Institute of Cybersecurity Technologies and Information Protection (ICTIP) attended the international event “Preparing for the European Critical Communication System (EUCCS),” held in March 2026 in Aschaffenburg, Germany. The initiative was implemented within the EUCCS Preparation program aimed at developing a European digital communication system for emergency services and law enforcement.

Further capacity building in the field of cybersecurity is a crucial component of strengthening the country’s national resilience in information security. Thanks to international support, the State Scientific and Research Institute of Cybersecurity Technologies and Information Protection (ICTIP) is steadily expanding its capabilities and improving the effectiveness of its operations.

On March 10, during the DIGITAL INNOVATION SUMMIT BUCHAREST international forum, a Memorandum of Understanding was signed between the National Institute for Research and Development in Informatics – ICI Bucharest and the State Scientific and Research Institute of Cybersecurity Technologies and Information Protection (ICTIP).

Secure satellite communications today form the basis for the reliable operation of government agencies and the defense sector in crisis situations. This was the focus of the GOVSATCOM 2026 international conference in Luxembourg, during which employees of the State Scientific and Research Institute of Cybersecurity Technologies and Information Protection (ICTIP) joined a professional dialogue on the development of secure satellite communication systems.

In February, the Kyiv International Cyber Resilience Forum 2026 was held, focusing on the dynamics of threat transformation, countering hybrid influences, and the role of social networks in contemporary conflicts. The State Scientific and Research Institute of Cybersecurity Technologies and Information Protection (ICTIP) recently held a strategic planning session dedicated to the institution's development over the next three years. The new strategy aims to transform the Institute into a leading scientific hub that ensures the development of state standards in the field of information security. The priority area is the development and strengthening of scientific schools. The Institute will combine the experience of industry veterans with the potential of young researchers in order to create world-class expertise.
