ICTIP`s scientist was awarded the 2025 Boris Paton National Prize of Ukraine
The chief research scientist of the State Scientific and Research Institute of Cybersecurity Technologies and Information Protection (ICTIP) has been awarded the 2025 Boris Paton National Prize of Ukraine. The state award was granted in accordance with Presidential Decree No. 861/2025 in recognition of his work “Assessment and Optimisation of Security Risks for Critical Infrastructure”.
ICTIP presented a strategic view on the implementation of 5G technologies at an international conference
A specialist from the State Scientific and Research Institute of Cybersecurity Technologies and Information Protection (ICTIP) took part in the International Scientific and Practical Conference “National Resilience as a Key Element of National Security: Architecture, Challenges, and Ways to Strengthen It”, delivering a presentation that emphasised the strategic importance and progress of implementing 5G communication technology in Ukraine.
The ICTIP Qualification Center was honoured with the Human Capital Award at the 2025 Human Capital Forum
On 25 November, the Information Technology and Cyber Security Qualification Center of the State Scientific and Research Institute of Cybersecurity Technologies and Information Protection (ICTIP), which forms part of the State Service of Special Communications and Information Protection of Ukraine, participated in the 6th International Forum “2025 Human Capital in the Focus of Transformations”. During the forum, the Qualification Center was awarded the Human Capital Award in the "Qualification Center Accredited for the Largest Number of Professional Qualifications in the Security and Defence Sector" category.

- carries out research, development, production and implementation of means of cryptographic and technical protection of information, telecommunication equipment for special information and telecommunication systems;
- accompanies the creation of means of cryptographic protection of information and means of special communication in terms of ensuring cryptographic, engineering and cryptographic, special requirements;
- is a production-oriented sectoral scientific institution, the scientific and technical result of which is intended for direct implementation in production and/or practical use in special information and telecommunication systems and objects of information activity;
- conducts certification tests of means of cryptographic and technical protection of information, scientific examinations of projects in the field of information protection, scientific and technical examinations in the field of cryptographic and technical protection of information;
- carries out other activities that do not contradict the terms of accreditation of the testing laboratory of the State Research Institute of Cyber Security Technologies and the terms of licensing in the field of cryptographic and technical information protection.
