The issue of the development of the system of training specialists in the field of information security and cyber protection of critical infrastructure objects is an urgent and important task that requires immediate practical organizational and legal actions of all branches of the executive power and the entire society as a whole. The mentioned issue is reflected in the projects of the State Special Forces of Ukraine, regarding the formation of the National Cyber Security Qualification Framework and the development of professional standards in accordance with international requirements and best global practices.

The system of professional standardization and the National Framework of Qualifications are based on European and national standards and principles of ensuring the quality of education, and at the same time take into account the requirements of the labor market regarding the competence of employees. The system of professional standardization and the National Framework of Qualifications are introduced with the aim of improving legislation in the spheres of education and social-labor relations, to promote national and international recognition of qualifications obtained in Ukraine, and to establish effective interaction between the sphere of education and the labor market.

The specified project is being implemented on the basis of the development of tasks assigned to specialists of the State Research and Development Institute of Cybersecurity Technologies and the working group for the development of professional standards and ensuring the activities of the Qualification Center for Information Technologies and Cybersecurity of the State Research and Development Institute of Cybersecurity Technologies, with the aim of Ukraine's implementation of the Association Agreement with the EU and the implementation of the Euro-Atlantic course of our country fixed in the Constitution of Ukraine state

Specialists of the Institute, together with representatives of the United States Agency for International Development (hereinafter - USAID), worked out the issue of technical assistance in equipping the Information Technology and Cyber Security Qualification Center of the State Research and Development Institute of Cyber Security Technologies.
