On October 21-22, 2025, an event dedicated to strengthening scientific cooperation between Ukrainian scientists and Polish university researchers was held in Warsaw. The event was organized with the support of the Union of Rectors of Higher Education Institutions of Ukraine.

The Ukrainian delegation consisted of 12 members, including Volodymyr Pavlikov, head of State Scientific and Research Institute of Cybersecurity Technologies and Information Protection. 12 vice rectors from leading universities represented the Polish side.

During the meetings, the participants discussed the specifics of further cooperation aimed at achieving new innovative results, collaborative research projects under European funding programs, enhancing the role of information security in scientific research, joint use of research laboratories, etc.

The exchange of experience on cooperation models in the science-business system between scientists from Poland and Ukraine will strengthen the European integration processes in our country.

The foundations for cooperation laid during the meeting will help develop areas of cooperation between scientists from the ICTIP and their Polish colleagues and expand the innovative potential of future research.
