Representatives of the State Scientific and Research Institute of Cybersecurity Technologies and Information Protection (ICTIP) participated in a Ukrainian-American seminar on countering internal threats to critical infrastructure, held in Berlin, Germany. The event focused on strengthening resilience, preventing internal risks, and implementing modern approaches to security.

Participants discussed international best practices for developing programs to counter internal threats, as well as mechanisms for risk assessment, vulnerability identification, and response to potential incidents.

The event featured thematic discussions and practical sessions involving representatives from government agencies, law enforcement agencies, Ukrainian energy companies, and US industry organizations. Particular attention was paid to issues related to personnel protection, safety culture development, critical infrastructure identification, and interagency coordination.

The event fostered international partnerships, shared practical experience, and promoted the implementation of modern solutions to enhance the security of Ukraine's critical infrastructure.
