The State Scientific and Research Institute of Cybersecurity Technologies and Information Protection has signed a Memorandum of Cooperation with Petro Mohyla Black Sea National University. The document outlines joint efforts in the development of scientific, scientific-technical, and informational activities, as well as the practical application of research results.

The partnership aims to strengthen the system of professional standardization and personnel certification in line with modern qualification requirements, as well as to train specialists in the field of information security. The cooperation is focused on consolidating expert potential, exchanging experience, and implementing joint projects.

The Memorandum establishes a foundation for the systematic development of human resources and the enhancement of the state’s capabilities in strategically important areas.
