ICTIP strengthens its capabilities to counter AI threats
Representatives from the State Scientific and Research Institute of Cybersecurity Technologies and Information Protection (ICTIP) attended a specialized training course focused on protecting state institutions against information manipulation and AI-driven cyber threats.
The training covered AI phishing tactics, methods for detecting deepfakes, and OSINT analysis tools used to counter disinformation campaigns. A key focus was the practical application of the LetsData platform for monitoring information operations, along with algorithms for interacting with CERT-UA to ensure rapid incident response.
The Institute's experts are actively participating in a working group that is preparing an analytical document, "Recommendations for Countering AI-FIMI and Cyber Threats in the Public Sector." This work is part of the Build-to-Disrupt project, which aims to develop effective cyber resilience mechanisms at the state level.
As part of the UK-Ukraine One Hundred Year Partnership Agreement, the Institute of Innovative Governance initiated professional training and developed strategic recommendations.
