On October 29th, the first part of the Tech Forum “Securing Tomorrow: Defence, Cybersecurity and Space” took place in Luxembourg.

The forum, organized by the Luxembourg-Ukrainian Chamber of Commerce, became a platform for discussing strategic areas of bilateral cooperation. Participants discussed models of public-private partnerships aimed at enhancing cyber resilience and accelerating the implementation of dual-use technologies.

The international event brought together politicians, defense officials, cybersecurity experts, and academics from Luxembourg, Ukraine, NATO, and other countries. Key discussions focused on mutual investments, knowledge sharing, and increasing resilience to modern threats.

Volodymyr Pavlikov, head of State Scientific and Research Institute of Cybersecurity Technologies and Information Protection (ICTIP), took part in the panel discussion. He shared the Institute's experience and vision for the development of cyber defense systems and emphasized the importance of international partnerships for strengthening the digital resilience of countries.

The event served as a platform for sharing experiences in ensuring digital sovereignty and developing mechanisms for international cooperation.

Cooperation at this level strengthens confidence in Ukraine as a reliable partner in security matters. The active position of the ICTIP in the forum contributes to European integration in the field of cybersecurity, opens up new markets for Ukrainian businesses, and provides access to advanced protection technologies.
