State Scientific and Research Institute of Cybersecurity Technologies and Information Protection (ICTIP) ensures the implementation of a memorandum of cooperation with higher education institutions and other stakeholders in the field of cybersecurity. Work is focused on the formation of a sustainable system of professional standardization, training, and certification of personnel with the support and advisory control of the Information Technology and Cyber Security Qualification Center, which
operates as part of the ICTIP.

Today, the Qualification Center completed the preparations for the operation of training centers at five higher education institutions. As part of this, regulations on training centers were approved, standard training programs were agreed upon, staffing issues were resolved, and key organizational and technical aspects of project support were settled.

At the same time, the Qualification Center is working on expanding the network of training centers, which will allow scaling up the developed model throughout Ukraine.

Activities of the Qualification Center promote the development of personnel potential in the field of cybersecurity and information protection and enhance the capacity of state and partner organizations to respond to modern cyber threats.
