The State Scientific and Research Institute of Cybersecurity Technologies and Information Protection (ICTIP) recently held a strategic planning session dedicated to the institution's development over the next three years. The new strategy aims to transform the Institute into a leading scientific hub that ensures the development of state standards in the field of information security. The priority area is the development and strengthening of scientific schools. The Institute will combine the experience of industry veterans with the potential of young researchers in order to create world-class expertise.

'We have a clear vision for the next three years. The main priorities are people and knowledge. Developing key scientific areas will enable us to respond effectively to current challenges and stay ahead of technological threats,' emphasised Volodymyr Pavlikov, head of the ICTIP.

The State Service of Special Communications and Information Protection of Ukraine (SSSCIP) emphasises that such a transformation is critical for ensuring that government decisions are of a high quality.

'The Institute provides the scientific basis for implementing the policies entrusted to the Service. Our goal is to ensure synergy between scientific developments and their practical implementation in the public administration system,' said Volodymyr Trofimenko, Deputy Head of the SSSCIP.

Implementing this strategy will significantly boost the country's digital resilience in the face of modern threats.
