The head of the State Scientific and Research Institute of Cybersecurity Technologies and Information Protection (ICTIP), Volodymyr Pavlikov, and the Rector of Sumy State University, Vasyl Karpusha, signed a Memorandum of Cooperation and Interaction. The partnership aims to develop scientific and technical activities, implement professional standards, and establish training programs to produce highly qualified specialists.

The joint work of the scientific institution and the country's leading university will contribute to the combination of theoretical achievements and practical solutions. This will ensure a systematic approach to the training of human resources that meet the current requirements of the labor market and state qualification standards.

A significant part of the agreement is the plan to establish a cybersecurity training center at Sumy State University. Its activities will be carried out with the methodological and expert support of the Information Technology and Cyber Security Qualification Center, which operates under the ICTIP. This synergy will ensure that the training programs meet the highest state requirements.

This partnership will contribute to improving the quality of education in Ukraine and ensure a transparent system for assessing the level of training. For young professionals, this opens up new opportunities for professional development.
