Odessa National Maritime University and the State Scientific and Research Institute of Cybersecurity Technologies and Information Protection (ICTIP) have signed a memorandum laying the foundation for protecting infrastructure from hybrid threats.

The joint effort involves developing vulnerability analysis research, creating a unified system for training specialists in accordance with international and professional standards, and implementing modern approaches in cybersecurity for the maritime and transport sectors.
