On January 22, the All-Ukrainian Women's Cyber Competition and specialized training for representatives of the national security and defense sector, SHE DEFENDS: CYBER & OSINT, took place. The event was implemented as part of initiatives aimed at strengthening the role of women in cybersecurity and developing practical skills in OSINT and countering modern cyber threats.

An employee from the relevant department of the State Scientific and Research Institute of Cybersecurity Technologies and Information Protection (ICTIP) participated in the training and competition as captain of the Cyber Jam team. During the event, scenarios modeled on current APT campaigns and cyberattacks using artificial intelligence against critical infrastructure were worked through. The skills acquired strengthen the Institute's human resources and the ability of specialists to
operate in a complex cyber environment.

The “SHE DEFENDS: Cyber & OSINT” cyber competition was organized by the National Coordination Center for Cybersecurity at the National Security and Defense Council with the support of Global Affairs Canada and the Civilian Research & Development Foundation in Ukraine.
