A memorandum of cooperation has been signed between Vinnytsia National Technical University (VNTU) and the State Scientific and Research Institute of Cybersecurity Technologies and Information Protection (ICTIP), providing opportunities for the development of specialist training in the region.

The partnership entails the development of a joint training strategy tailored to the practical needs of the security sector, with a focus on training highly qualified specialists. A key area of cooperation is the creation of a training center at VNTU with the advisory support of the ICTIP Information Technology and Cyber Security Qualification Center.

The cooperation plans to launch training programs in line with professional standards, form a team of coaches, and create an environment for practical training and professional development of specialists able to work with current cyber threats.
