As part of the State Service of Special Communications and Information Protection of Ukraine (SSSCIP) delegation, a senior researcher from the State Scientific and Research Institute of Cybersecurity Technologies and Information Protection (ICTIP) participated in the first online consultation with the European Centre of Excellence for Countering Hybrid Threats (Hybrid CoE).

The Hybrid CoE is a leading network-based international organization that implements a comprehensive security approach at all levels, from government to society. Organised at the initiative of the Ukrainian Ministry of Foreign Affairs, the event marked the first step towards systematic coordination between Ukrainian institutions and leading European experts.

Representing Ukraine were specialists from the SSSCIP, the National Security and Defense Council of Ukraine, the Security Service of Ukraine, and the National Bank of Ukraine. The experts provided a comprehensive overview of the hybrid challenges Ukraine is facing in the context of large-scale aggression.

Following the meeting, the parties agreed to a permanent exchange of information and closer cooperation. Systematic cooperation with the Hybrid CoE is another important step towards Ukraine's full integration into the European security system.
