On June 24, 2026, a Memorandum of Cooperation and Interaction was signed between the State Scientific and Research Institute of Cybersecurity Technologies and Information Protection, as the standardization body, and the Main Directorate for Ensuring the Support of the Life Cycle of Armaments and Military Equipment, as the body of military standardization.

On June 24–25, 2026, employees of the 8th Scientific Center of Sectoral Standardization took part in the scientific-practical seminar “Standards, Innovations, Defense – 2026,” dedicated to the 10th anniversary of the establishment of Technical Committee 176 “Standardization of Armaments and Military Equipment.” Presentation topic: “IMPLEMENTATION OF STANDARDIZATION OF CRYPTOGRAPHIC AND TECHNICAL INFORMATION PROTECTION, CYBERSECURITY, AND COUNTERINTELLIGENCE AGAINST TECHNICAL RECONNAISSANCE”.

By Order of the State Scientific and Research Institute of Cybersecurity Technologies and Information Protection dated July 27, 2026 No. 99, the standard СТД-01-001-2026-В “Requirements for the Structure, Presentation, Formatting, Designation, and Content of Standards on Cryptographic and Technical Information Protection, Cybersecurity, and Counterintelligence against Technical Reconnaissance” was adopted and enacted, developed to replace СТД-900-001-2026-В.

By Order of the State Scientific and Research Institute of Cybersecurity Technologies and Information Protection dated August 13, 2026 No. 107, the standard СТД-02.03-001-2026-В “Information protection. Means of cryptographic and technical protection of information. Procedure for expert research” was adopted and enacted.

By Order of the State Scientific and Research Institute of Cybersecurity Technologies and Information Protection dated September 02, 2026 No. 110 approved the form of the Catalog of standards for cryptographic and technical information protection, cybersecurity, and countering technical intelligences.
